As a consumer in the Netherlands, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a designated third party) physically receive the goods.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify me via email (info@handmadebycoelsige.com) before the 14-day period ends. 
• You must send back the items within 14 days of notifying me of your cancellation. 
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
• You will receive a refund of the full purchase price including standard outward shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice (I reserve the right to withhold the refund until I receive the returned items or proof of return).

Exceptions:
Custom or personalized orders and pierced jewelry (unsealed/worn due to hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return unless defective.
