2. Scope & Applicability

These General Terms apply to all offerings and agreements between you (the Customer) and Handmade by Coelsige, unless explicitly stated otherwise. They also constitute part of your purchase agreement.

3. Offer & Agreement

• The offer on the website is valid within the indicated price period
• The contract is formed at the moment the customer submits the order and receives the confirmation.
• Customers must be able to correct input errors during ordering.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices include VAT (if applicable) and are stated clearly on the website.

• Payment can be made using standard Shopify options (iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal, etc.).

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery is only available within the Netherlands via PostNL.
• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon receipt. Handmade by Coelsige will still assist if products arrive damaged.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

For EU Customers

• 14-day return period from receipt - no reason needed to return.

• You must cancel the purchase within the 14-day period.

• Upon receipt of the returned product, you will be refunded the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs paid at the time of ordering.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. worn earrings, opened personal care items)

• Digital products where the download has already begun with your consent

For Non-EU Customers

Customers outside the European Union are not entitled to the statutory Right of Withdrawal. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss potential solutions. Refunds or returns for non-EU customers will be handled on a case-by-case basis and at my sole discretion.

7. Liability & Warranty

• Handmade by Coelsige warrants that items conform to product descriptions and relevant legal standards.

• Damages due to customer misuse or external factors are not covered.

• For matters of allergens or materials, note that while hypoallergenic metals and pre-rinsed fabrics are used, complete freedom from contamination cannot be guaranteed (Handmade by Coelsige is not the manufacturer of the components and materials).

8. Data Protection & Cookies

• Your data is handled in compliance with GDPR/AVG law. The following Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice explains how we use data.

• Cookies are only used with customer consent.

9. Modifications to Terms

• Terms can be updated reasonably, and customers will be informed clearly.

• Changes do not apply retroactively.
